Shaun came within the time frame given to me, and was pleasant, helpful and most importantly fixed the problem with my dishwasher. He even showed me how to fix the problem if it should happen again. Will not hesitate to get them to come to fix any other appliance issues I may have.
I was most impressed with the courteous and prompt service I got from Julian's Appliance Centre. I am happy with the result and would recommend this company to anyone wanting a reputable company and reliable service.
We recently had our dishwasher repaired by Julian's and were very happy with the process. Sean came to diagnose the problem, then again to fix it. He was friendly, very knowledgable and very professional. He did a great job and we have no qualms about recommending Julian's and Sean for any appliance repairs.
The Julien's technician, Sam was great. He was on time, very thorough and answered questions in a helpful manner. Sam left the space clean and tidy. I would definitely use Juliens again.
A frank and honest opinion about feasibility of repairing our ten year old Electrolux oven. Thank you.

We were very happy with the recent service of our dishwasher. The repair was done expertly and quickly. We have used Julians for many years now and always found them helpful.
Service was speedy. Tech was in and out within ten minutes. I will return to this business if needed in future😊
Great service, knowledgeable, prompt and reasonably priced. Have used Julians before and would highly recommend, if they can't fix it, nobody can! The washing machine technician (Sean) who attended our house, was very nice to deal with and had great advice. I really appreciate the extra effort Sean made to make sure I understood what was going on with the machinge issue and the best remedy for me. Sean you are an asset to your company!
Fridge water dispenser unit burst hose. Finicky replacement that involved persistence and precision. At first I thought the price to repair was a little steep but assessed what it would cost to replace a fridge and they were fairly priced in comparison. Credit to the tech, he was persistent and thorough. Recommended.
Now that's real old fashioned service. Took my Dyson stick vacuum in, had purchased a new brush head but could not fit it. Bearing had broken off and lodged inside the end cap. We could not budge it, but the young man persisted and eventually removed it and fitted the new brush head. Did not charge and would not accept any payment. You went above and beyond and I thank you. Highly recommend this repair shop and the helpful staff.

Great experience and excellent service from a great local supplier – Julians Appliances
Julians is a must go to for any repairs. I do not give out referrals lightly as most will end up letting you down.
But Julians is the exception.
I was lucky to have Ty service my coffee machine and he was super persistent, and very knowledgeable and more importantly a really nice guy.
And the good news for me was he worked through the issues I had with my machine.
He explained what the issue was what to do and to be honest he made it simple to understand as I am not technical at all.
Anyway, I know they do washing machines / ovens and rangehoods / vacuum cleaners and ducted vacuum systems as well as the smaller items like toasters and hairdryers.
And I will be definitely taking my other appliances to Julians if they are not working (and they can do a lot of these repairs onsite).
Don’t hesitate to give these people a call, they are friendly, offer great service and are very reasonably priced and more than that they are honest.
All the best and thanks again so much Ty for your brilliance fixing my coffee machine. In know if you can fix coffee machine you can fix everything else.
