The person I spoke to gave me great information. What Julian's could do - what they couldn't. Prices, time frames, brand/parts availability. Knowledgeable.
Had all the time I needed to work out what to bring in, what was possibily worthwhile and what was not.
These guys have been around for decades and are trusted with their work - they got my old coffee machine going again, in time frame and at a fair fee back in the day.
Didn't know they did small appliances but saw a recommendation on FB and thought I'd give them a call.
Very pleased I did. Good old fashioned advice from what sounded like a young man who knew his stuff. Like a trusted mate, no b/s or upselling.
Maybe that's why Julian's have been around for so long.

I want to really thank Julian’s and Sam the technician for looking after me after I bought a Bosch washing machine from Good Guys and it broke and flooded my house. The part took a month to arrive (Bosch’s issue) but as soon as it did, Sam came over and fixed it, also giving me helpful tips. I couldn't be happier with such great service, where Bosch and Good Guys absolutely fell flat. Thank you.

Andrew was knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual. Our frig is now working properly again at a fraction of the cost of a new one.
Shaun came within the time frame given to me, and was pleasant, helpful and most importantly fixed the problem with my dishwasher. He even showed me how to fix the problem if it should happen again. Will not hesitate to get them to come to fix any other appliance issues I may have.

We recently had our dishwasher repaired by Julian's and were very happy with the process. Sean came to diagnose the problem, then again to fix it. He was friendly, very knowledgable and very professional. He did a great job and we have no qualms about recommending Julian's and Sean for any appliance repairs.
The Julien's technician, Sam was great. He was on time, very thorough and answered questions in a helpful manner. Sam left the space clean and tidy. I would definitely use Juliens again.

Great service, knowledgeable, prompt and reasonably priced. Have used Julians before and would highly recommend, if they can't fix it, nobody can! The washing machine technician (Sean) who attended our house, was very nice to deal with and had great advice. I really appreciate the extra effort Sean made to make sure I understood what was going on with the machinge issue and the best remedy for me. Sean you are an asset to your company!
Fridge water dispenser unit burst hose. Finicky replacement that involved persistence and precision. At first I thought the price to repair was a little steep but assessed what it would cost to replace a fridge and they were fairly priced in comparison. Credit to the tech, he was persistent and thorough. Recommended.
